Thermotech Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2004 by a young technocrat, supported by a small but dedicated team of engineers, with an aim to serve the pharmaceutical, food/ beverage, personal care, chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries.
We design and manufacture cGMP and chemical reactors, agitators, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks
Starting from a small factory measuring 5,000 sq feet, and a few people, today thermotech has two state of the art manufacturing facilities spread over 2 acres. One factory is in the thriving industrial township of Chinchwad and the second one is in the Talawade industrial area (near Pune).
Today we have a team of more than 100 people with a production rate of nearly 250 reactors and 1000 agitators per annum.

Santosh Changedia
Founder/Director
Santosh, a chemical engineer, founded Thermotech when he left Lightnin mixers. He currently leads Thermotech’s design engineering, and marketing teams. His technical expertise and 25 year experience in engaging with customers to solve their complex mixing problems is crucial to Thermotech’s success.
Rachana Changedia
Director
Qualified with a Masters degree (M.S.) in Chemical Engineering with Business Management from the University Of Melbourne and having an illustrious career in design and manufacturing departments across the globe, Rachana is now one of the directors at Thermotech. Besides being extremely hard-working and system-driven, she is committed to the path of introducing sustainable design and novel technology-driven process engineering equipment.
